Hi! I’m Rachael and this is my fam! I’m a lifelong food lover with roots on the East Coast and a home here in West Michigan. Inspired by my Italian family’s lively dinners and my mom’s comfort food, I’ve always found joy in sharing delicious meals. As a mom to two wonderful girls—one with significant special needs—I know how precious time and energy can be. That’s why I started Rays Kitchen Connection: to help busy families and individuals enjoy healthy, affordable meals and reclaim time for what matters most.

Rays is the first step toward my dream of creating a magical, fully accessible community cafe. For now, I’m focused on growing this Take & Bake meal service, and I’m so grateful to have you along for the journey.

We’re currently in the research and development phase and do not yet operate from a licensed commercial kitchen. All meals are prepared in the Austin - Perretta home kitchen and shared with family, friends, and personal referrals for feedback and evaluation. Any listed prices are suggested donations which help support continued development and move the business closer to full licensing, with the goal of operating from a licensed commercial kitchen by the end of 2026.
