AUGUST
Garden Summer Turkey Lasagna
Browned turkey, roasted zucchini and summer squash, ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh herb tomato sauce.
SEPTEMBER
French Onion Chicken Casserole
Tender slow-braised chicken in a rich caramelized onion and mushroom gravy, topped with sourdough croutons and a bubbling gruyère crust.
OCTOBER
Butternut Squash & Spinach Lasagna
Roasted butternut squash and fresh spinach layered with ricotta and parmesan cream sauce, finished with sage brown butter and toasted pepitas.
NOVEMBER
Golden Turkey & Wild Mushroom Bake
Browned turkey in a savory mushroom cream sauce with wild mushrooms, thyme, and crispy shallots.
DECEMBER
Harvest Pork & Apple Bake
Tender braised pork in an apple cider mushroom sauce with roasted apples and rosemary, topped with a buttery biscuit crust.

I'll remind you before every month
You'll get an email ahead of each casserole with the exact dates and a look at what's coming.
Pick up or get it delivered
Delivery is the first Sunday of the month, free anywhere in the Grand Rapids area. Pickup is the Tuesday right after.
Pay when you get it
No card on file, no charge upfront. You pay at pickup or delivery, same as always.

Membership
LARGE — Giant 9x13 — $40/month suggested donation
Feeds a family generously, or a small household for several nights. This is the club.
SMALL — $25/month suggested donation
Available only to current Rays customers, and only through December 2026. If you're reading this, that's you. New members joining later will only have the large option, and smalls go away entirely in 2027.
Every pickup through December comes with a free gift. We’re having a lot of fun with these!
Good to Know
Do I have to commit to all five months?
Signing up means you're in for all the remaining months of the year — that's what lets me plan and shop properly for a small batch. That said, life happens. If you need to skip a month, just text or email me before our Friday cook day and we'll sort it out. No hard feelings, ever.
When do I pay?
At pickup or delivery. Nothing is charged online.
What if I have allergies or dietary needs?
Each month is one recipe, made one way — that's part of what makes this model work for me right now, and it's how I can put this much care into a single dish. I'm not able to do substitutions. But every casserole's ingredients are listed here before you commit, so you'll always know exactly what's coming. If something in a month's dish won't work for you, just let me know and we'll skip you that month.
Can I still order à la carte?
The weekly menu is officially retired. The club is the new thing 😎. If I ever have some extra à la cart, I’ll let you know by email.
Where do the casseroles come from?
Everything is still made by me, in the Austin-Perretta home kitchen, the same way it always has been. See the About page for where Rays is in the licensing process.
